As Finance Manager and co-owner of the company alongside her husband since 2010, Dawn takes pride in helping keep the financial side of the business running smoothly. Over the years, she’s enjoyed being part of the continued growth of their family-owned business and working alongside a great team. Dawn and Rob have two children and are proud to call Memphis, Missouri, home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs. Family is at the heart of everything she does, both personally and professionally, and she's grateful for the opportunity to build a business and life in the community they call home.

Rob is the owner and General Manager of Ridgetop Farm Supply, which he and Dawn founded in 2010. Growing up on a family farm, Rob developed a strong understanding of agriculture and grain handling from an early age. His family was among the first farmers in the area to install and construct their own grain leg system, giving Rob valuable hands-on experience that helped shape his career. Today, he brings extensive knowledge and experience in grain system design and construction, specializing in complete system design and grain drying systems. Rob takes pride in working directly with customers to develop practical, efficient solutions tailored to the unique needs of each farming operation. His combination of real-world farming experience and industry expertise has been an important part of Ridgetop Farm Supply’s growth and success.

Matt serves as Sales Manager at Ridgetop Farm Supply and has been an integral part of the team since 2016. With extensive knowledge of grain systems and years of industry experience, Matt is a valuable resource for both our customers and our team. Much of what Matt does happens behind the scenes, where his organization, knowledge, and dedication help keep Ridgetop running smoothly each day. His commitment to the company and our customers makes him an essential part of the Ridgetop team. Matt resides in Memphis, Missouri, with his wife, Ali, and their daughter, Fynn. Outside of work, he enjoys running, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Shaylee joined the Ridgetop Farm Supply office in 2025, bringing experience in bookkeeping, customer service, and day-to-day business operations. She works behind the scenes to help keep the office and business running smoothly. In her role, Shaylee assists with accounts payable and receivable, inventory tracking, payroll and employee timekeeping, customer communication, and general office needs. She also helps manage Ridgetop’s social media and website, keeping customers informed about products, services, and company updates. Outside of work she spends her time with family, friends and her dog; and enjoys camping, working out, and traveling. 

John recently joined the Ridgetop Farm Supply team as Warehouse Manager, bringing with him years of valuable management experience and a strong background as a skilled craftsman. His leadership, attention to detail, and hands-on approach make him a great addition to the Ridgetop team. As a master craftsman, John enjoys working with his hands and takes pride in a job well done. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking and spending time with family. He is especially looking forward to an exciting new role—becoming a grandfather for the first time!

Brian serves as the Grain Bin Manager at Ridgetop Farm Supply and has been a valued member of the team since 2011. With years of hands-on experience, Brian brings extensive knowledge of grain bin construction, maintenance, and service to every project. His experience and attention to detail help ensure customers receive dependable solutions and quality workmanship from start to finish. Brian resides in Memphis, Missouri, with his family. When he’s not working, you can usually find him perfecting his skills as a BBQ master or enjoying time on the water fishing.
